Recommended Operating Parameters for Cathodic Electro-coat

1.  4040F and 4040W series ; 4” ∮ x 40 “ Length )

2.  4020 Module : Feed is about half, and pressure may low to 1.0 kg/cm2 for Clear

3. Our UF can be used for both Cationic and Anionic Electro-coat and Waste Water !

4. We have 6” Uf with PVC shell and 8” UF with PVC Shell based on request !

1.     SUS Shell’s Center to Center means : Distance of Inlet ( Feed )to Outlet ( Concentrate )

This specs meet all other UF in the market.

2.     The Shorter , UF-ED5-4020 is very competitive , it can be operated in a very low Pressure( bigger spacer) which is equivalent size to meet Koch /Romicon HF-15-43-CXM for the clear E-coating tank and has 50 % more permeate.

3.     We supply all the related accessories to assemble the UF Modules.
